Diamond Girls High School provides access to formal education for girls from financially challenged backgrounds in Malegaon, with a mission to make students independent, confident, and prepared for meaningful livelihoods through academics and skills training.
The school is operated by Alqama Education & Welfare Society, a registered non-profit established in 1998 and headquartered at the school campus in Bohra Bagh, Bajrangwadi, Malegaon.

Historical Note: The society initiated the girls' school project in 1999 and expanded after receiving permissions in 2001, later moving into a larger municipal building to serve more students.
